My approach is rooted in personal experience.
At 18, I transitioned out of elite sport, leaving behind an identity and purpose I had known since childhood. I pursued two law degrees, but soon realised I had chosen security over truth. This sparked a new journey, leading to Buddhist ordination and seven years of meditation and contemplative practice.
I eventually returned to high-performance sport - not as an athlete, but as a meditation teacher working across Premier League rugby, football, and Olympic-level environments. I helped integrate mindfulness into performance cultures and co-created the national award-winning Body Mind Training, an approach to mental and physical health for young people.
Along the way, I faced personal loss, including my father’s passing. Meditation became my foundation, allowing me to grieve, transition, and grow.
These experiences shape how I support others through change. I have learned to meet all aspects of life with curiosity and resilience - and I am passionate about sharing that capacity with others.
I have worked with international sports teams, global executive leadership groups, and grassroots communities, gaining insight into the complexities of ambition, pressure, and the gap that can exist between outward success and inner fulfilment.
Having navigated these diverse worlds myself, I bring empathy and precision to my work - meeting each person where they are, without judgement or formula.
Much of my time is spent coaching within executive leadership and elite sport, which allows me to freely give my time to my social mission to expand and scale bodyandmind.training - an approach that brings meditation and physical training to underserved communities.
I am equally committed to making this work accessible beyond elite environments. Each quarter, I offer a limited number of lower-fee, short-term coaching spaces for individuals who resonate with this approach. Offering a six-session journeys are designed to restore energy, deepen perspective, and support forward movement in times of personal change.
Each session follows a simple but powerful arc:
Meditate – to create headspace and move beyond overthinking
Inquire – into what is happening beneath the noise
Clarify – what action is needed, and what needs to be released
Strengthen capacity – so you move forward grounded, knowing your next steps
Meditate – to close with calm, integration, and perspective
Deep, practical, and applied - so you grow through the particularities of your circumstances.
I offer a free 45-minute consultation.
From there, we begin a six-session journey (one hour per week).
