Luke is the founder of Mindful Peak Performance (MPP), a social enterprise that helps elite athletes, leaders and teams enhance their performance and mental wellbeing by making mindfulness relevant and accessible in the contexts they live, compete and work in.
Luke has collaborated with Premiership rugby and Premier League football teams, GB Olympic and Paralympic athletes and global companies such as Bupa, Ford, Uber eats and Monster Energy, as well as appearing on TV, national press and BBC radio.

Luke was an England U-18 rugby player who became disillusioned with an elite sport environment and his own focus on high performance with little emphasis on mental wellbeing. Two of his former teammates who had become pro athletes took their own lives.
Luke left sport to gain graduate and postgraduate degrees in Law before shifting into managing social care projects supporting people with complex mental health issues to live independently within society.

Prior to starting MPP Luke spent six years living and working in a Buddhist context, training in mindfulness, and studying how contemplative practices support high performance and mental well-being, leading him to do advanced mindfulness training with Breathworks and Mindfulness Inquiry training at the University of Oxford’s Mindfulness Foundation.
