







From elite sport to law, and through seven years of meditation and Buddhist practice, I’ve learned to navigate change, loss, and identity with curiosity, resilience, and care.
I've brought this understanding to the Premiership rugby, football, and Olympic stage, as well as global leadership teams and organisations, helping people perform at their best while supporting their mental health.
Seeing the need for meditation to be accessible and engaging - especially for disadvantaged young people - I co-created the national award-winning Body and Mind Training, which now equips youth workers, coaches, and sports professionals to share meditation practices in practical, innovative ways.
As the founder of Mindful Peak Performance (MPP), I now coach individuals and speak to audiences around the world, helping them bring clarity, focus, and emotional strength to how they work and live. Through stories and practices from sport, leadership, and grassroots communities, I show how meditation can transform both performance and wellbeing.
